Ruby programming language got the second place on our list now, as it is one of the best ones for secondary school students. This programming language is used for apps, and websites.

Many ecperts agree that Java is the most perfect for a beginner to start with, that’s why it got the first place on our list now.  It’s not only the easiest, but the most popular one, as well.
